Experience

Since graduating from law school in 2005, Jackie has dedicated her career to the effective and conscientious representation of individuals and families affected by the asbestos-related disease, mesothelioma. In her work, she represents people all over the country whose lives have been impacted by mesothelioma. She sees cases through from intake to trial, and regularly meets with clients and witnesses, researches asbestos exposures, deposes witnesses, argues motions, and negotiates settlements.

Jackie continues her advocacy outside of the courtroom by volunteering with various committees and boards to help protect the civil justice system and the vulnerable in our communities. She is also a frequent presenter and faculty member around the country for attorneys’ continuing legal education classes.
