An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Nathaniel Falda works in the firm’s New York City office focusing on complex litigation in cases involving toxic exposures to asbestos. He has been part of trial and litigation teams that have recovered millions of dollars for his clients and their families.
Prior to joining Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC Nathaniel was an attorney with two other prominent plaintiff's firms, in cases involving mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, products liability, and toxic and environmental exposures. He began his career as a staff attorney for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services.
Nathaniel is admitted to practice law in New York State and New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, the District of Connecticut, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He is a member of many bar associations including the New Jersey Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association, and is an elected District Leader for the Democratic County Committee of Essex County (NJ).
Nathaniel graduated magna cum laude with Honors in Philosophy from CUNY-Brooklyn College and received his J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law. He lives with his wife and three children in New Jersey.
