A partner at Maune, Raichle, Hartley, French & Mudd, LLC, Jon Neumann is an experienced attorney with a practice focused on asbestos wrongful death and personal injury litigation. Jon is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Washington, and Wisconsin and has represented victims of asbestos exposure since 2002.
Jon is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He and his family reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
During law school Jon focused his studies on human rights and workers' rights. This course of study ultimately led him to his career as a litigator working on behalf of union members and other working Americans facing severe injury and death due to unsafe products and workplace conditions.
Jon has represented pipefitters, steamfitters, machinists, boilermakers, electricians, laborers, plasterers, tile setters, painters, drywallers, auto mechanics, longshoremen, ceramics workers, factory workers, U.S. Navy machinist's mates, U.S. Navy boiler technicians, U.S. Navy electrician's mates, and U.S. Navy enginemen who were wrongfully exposed to asbestos and asbestos-containing products.
Additionally, Mr. Neumann has prosecuted claims involving asbestos-containing cosmetic talc and industrial talc, as well as para-occupational take home, environmental, and neighborhood asbestos exposures.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Neumann has helped clients suffering from mesothelioma recover more than $100 million from asbestos defendants.
Jon travels throughout the country representing individuals diagnosed with mesothelioma and their families, with recent clients residing in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
