Brian is a committed advocate for individuals and families impacted by mesothelioma, dedicating his entire practice to representing victims of this devastating disease. For more than a decade, Brian has been part of MRHFM, where he has focused exclusively on asbestos litigation and developed deep experience guiding clients through these complex cases. He understands that a mesothelioma diagnosis brings not only serious health challenges but also emotional and financial uncertainty. Brian works closely with each client to provide clear guidance, trusted counsel, and relentless advocacy throughout every stage of the legal process.
Brian approaches every case with a combination of strategic litigation skill and genuine compassion. He recognizes that each client’s story is unique and takes pride in developing personalized legal strategies that reflect the specific circumstances of their exposure and work history. Whether negotiating resolutions or preparing cases for trial, Brian is known for his thorough preparation, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
Brian is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas (inactive), Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. His ability to practice across multiple jurisdictions allows him to represent mesothelioma victims nationwide and to navigate the complex, multi-state nature of asbestos litigation.
Before joining MRHFM, Brian served as a trial attorney with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office. In that role, he gained extensive courtroom experience representing indigent clients, including juveniles, in matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony charges. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Brian developed strong trial advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills, while also learning how to effectively communicate with clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. This foundation continues to inform his client-centered approach, ensuring that every individual he represents feels heard, supported, and vigorously represented.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Missouri State University and his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is also an Eagle Scout, reflecting his lifelong commitment to leadership, integrity, and service.
