Rashmi is one of the premier trial attorneys at MRHFM, with experience in taking over 20 trials to verdict. With a background in criminal law, Rashmi has a passion for social justice and has represented hundreds of clients in high-stakes cases.
Rashmi earned her law degree from Santa Clara School of Law where she was an Emery Merit Scholarship Recipient. At Santa Clara, she was a member of the nationally ranked Trial Advocacy team and participated in the Katherine George and Alexander Immigration Litigation Clinic. She earned First Honors in Immigration, Trial Advocacy, and Advanced Trial Advocacy. Rashmi holds a certificate in Social Justice and Public Interest. Ms. Birka-White earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors in Political Science and on the Dean’s list.
In her free time, Rashmi enjoys hiking, cooking for her family, and traveling.
